Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £25,000-30,000pa The role is to deliver support for our business development and sales activity within the Real Estate Finance Team. You would provide customers and introducers with a point of contact for all new and existing lending or portfolio enquiries. You would also support with credit analysis, portfolio management duties, system processing, and preparation of some of our customer borrowing propositions or annual reviews. About you For this role you will need the following skills and experience: A proven record of success of supporting business development and sales activity and meeting timescales, preferably in a related industry. An understanding of the relevant rules under the financial services acts. An appropriate level of knowledge and experience of sales and marketing, preferably in the financial services sector. An appropriate level of financial and commercial awareness. Sales and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication, time management, planning and organisational skills. A good understanding of Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty requirements is desirable.
