What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing the day-to-day running of the lettings department Carrying out rental valuations and winning new landlord instructions Developing and maintaining strong landlord relationships Overseeing tenancy progression and property management processes Supporting and mentoring the lettings team Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation Monitoring performance and contributing to business growth Representing the company professionally in the local market What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential lettings Background as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator Strong valuation and instruction-winning skills Good knowledge of current lettings legislation Confident communicator with a professional approach Organised, proactive, and reliable Knowledge of the Sittingbourne / Kent area beneficial Full UK driving licence essential What's In It For You?
