Position Overview
You'll be trusted to handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. You'll take ownership of your files from start to finish, ensuring smooth, compliant transactions and delivering first-class service to every client.
Responsibilities
1. Run end-to-end conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
2. Carry out detailed property searches and due diligence
3. Review, draft, and advise on contracts, title documents and key legal paperwork
4. Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory standards
5. Provide clear, practical advice and regular updates to clients
6. Liaise effectively with agents, lenders, and other solicitors
7. Manage exchange, completion and post-completion procedures
8. Handle Land Registry submissions accurately and promptly
Requirements
9. Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer
10. Minimum of 3 years' experience handling residential conveyancing cases
11. Strong communication and client service focus
12. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
