The Role - Level 3 Primary School Teaching Assistant
As an essential part of the school's support team, you will:
Provide effective classroom support under the direction of the class teacher
Deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups
Encourage positive behaviour and active participation
Support the planning and preparation of engaging learning activities
Assist children with additional needs to ensure inclusivity for all
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents and external specialistsAbout You
To be considered for this role, you should have:
A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) - essential
Experience supporting primary-aged pupils in a school or childcare setting
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and learning support techniques
Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills
