What you’ll be doing This isn’t just “processing payroll” – it’s a role where you’ll have ownership, variety, and impact. Day-to-day, you’ll: * Run weekly and monthly payrolls with accuracy and precision up to 950 employees at peak. * Ensure compliance on everything from SSP, SMP & NMW to auto-enrolment pensions. * Reconcile payroll and pension funds, ensuring smooth reporting. * Handle starters, leavers, P45s, P11Ds, and HMRC submissions. * Manage BACS files and same-day payments. * Help prepare the business for Payrolling of Benefits (April 2026). * Provide insightful analysis on pay and employment trends.
