A fully experienced Service Advisor and Parts Advisor is required for a franchised motor dealership. You will be required to:
* handle customer enquiries.
* book customers in.
* arrange collections/deliveries.
* produce job cards.
* price up and sell additional work.
* keep customers informed of progress/delays, invoice and handle payments.
* Have experience in sourcing parts.
Having performed in the role previously is essential and a full driving licence is required.
