The Role: Casual Funeral Service Operative We’re currently seeking a Casual Funeral Service Operative to join our team in A Yeatman & Sons Funeral Directors - West Norwood. This flexible role is ideal for someone looking to work around other commitments, with varied hours and a supportive team environment. What You’ll Do: Support families by bringing their loved ones into our care with dignity and respect. Assist in preparing the deceased, including dressing and fitting coffins. Participate in funeral services, including pallbearing and driving company vehicles. Work behind the scenes in the mortuary and ensure smooth service delivery. Be part of an on-call rota (every other week, including weekends) with opportunities for additional earnings. What We Offer: Flexible shifts with a minimum of 3 hours per booking.
