Our Product Analysts act as the vital link between product vision and delivery. Working closely with product leads, managers, engineers and business stakeholders, they help shape and refine the product pipeline while developing expertise in their assigned product area. The role supports backlog management, translates complex problems into actionable features and contributes to validating and testing new technology. Product Analysts also help manage the impact of incidents and bug fixes, maintain strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate across teams and partners to ensure products meet customer and business needs. Junior – Less than 2 years’ experience, learning the role and requiring support Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing: Collaborate with product leads, managers, business owners, subject matter experts, engineers and third-party partners to support the creation, refinement and delivery of the product pipeline Develop and maintain an understanding of the assigned product area, customer needs and internal processes to support product development Help manage and prioritise elements of the product backlog, translating problems into clear features and actionable tasks Analyse and support the management of product incidents and bug fixes, helping ensure timely resolution and minimal user disruption Work with business teams to support validation, testing and rollout of newly delivered technology, ensuring alignment with user and business needs Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders across the business and with external partners to support collaboration and shared understanding Assist in communicating product insights, requirements and progress to stakeholders across different teams and levels Are we the perfect match?
