A bit about the job: You'll be leading a team focused on creating and delivering service communications - such as emails and direct mail - that help customers understand changes to their policies and services. These communications play a key role in supporting transparency and trust. You'll work closely with different areas of the business to plan, prioritise and manage these updates. This role sits within a collaborative and supportive environment where your work makes a real difference to customer experience.
