Good Afternoon,
I am currently representing Camden Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience
We are looking for a Caretaker this role will be: N1C 4AG
The right candidate will:
* Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the common areas in the residential property.
* Maintain the overall cleanliness of the property, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
* Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any maintenance issues or repairs that are needed.
* Coordinate and oversee any necessary repairs or maintenance work, including contacting and scheduling contractors.
* Assist residents with any maintenance requests or issues that they may have.
* Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, and unclogging drains.
We require the following:
* Non-Residential Caretaker with a minimum of six months or more experience.
* Must understand health and safety, and the use of cleaning chemicals (COSHH).
* Ability to work on own initiatives an advantage
