* A passionate leader experienced in team performance and development
* An inspiring individual who motivates their team to nourish and flourish
* A forward-thinking problem solver capable of quick decision-making
The Wagamama way:
Kaizen, meaning ‘good change,’ is our core philosophy. It influences everything we do — from our food to how we work, always seeking improvement. We are committed to championing change in our communities and positively impacting the planet.
For over three decades, we’ve embraced difference, celebrating personality over perfection, welcoming everyone and their unique stories. We promise to support each other, build trust, and create safe spaces for honest conversations.
All we ask is for you to bring your authentic self to the team.
Be you, be Wagamama.
