Your Impact? As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll be a critical part of the site team. Working closely with the Superintendent, you’ll help manage the daily coordination of trades, monitor progress against schedule, uphold strict safety standards, and ensure quality is never compromised.
From healthcare and government facilities to major social infrastructure projects, you’ll contribute to meaningful builds that leave a lasting impact on communities. This role will challenge you, develop you, and set you on a clear pathway toward future site leadership.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
1. Driven & Ambitious: You’re motivated to grow into a leadership role and take on increasing responsibility
2. GC Experience: Previous experience supporting projects with a general contractor (ICI an asset)
3. Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with an eye for site logistics, quality, and safety
4. Collaborative: A natural team player who communicates effectively with trades, consultants, and clients
5. Problem-Solver: Able to identify issues early and contribute to practical solutions
6. Growth-Minded: Eager to learn from senior leaders and take on progressively larger, more complex projects
