The Role
This is not your average 9-5.
* Use your company van (fuel and parking covered) to travel to venues.
* Set up eye-catching, informative fundraising stands.
* Engage the public in conversations about conservation.
* Inspire them to become RSPB members through direct debit support.
This role requires resilience, grit, and the ability to bounce back after tough days. It’s fulfilling for those who thrive on purpose and people.

* Full training provided—no wildlife knowledge needed!
* Salary-based with income stability.
* Company van included for business use, expenses covered.
* Flexible contracts: 3 to 5 days per week.
* 34 days annual leave (including bank holidays), plus sabbaticals.

About You
What we need:
* A passion for people and conservation.
* Resilience and positivity.
* Confidence in speaking to strangers and working towards targets.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Availability for 3 out of 4 weekends.
* Willingness to travel up to an hour from home.
* Comfort working outdoors and alone.
* Fundraising, sales, or customer service experience is a bonus but not essential.
