Permanent Office Manager / Customer Relations Lead required for locally homegrown business based in Lisburn. About the Role As the new Office Manager / Customer Relations Lead, youll be the glue that keeps the office running smoothly while delivering outstanding support to customers and clients. From coordinating the day-to-day operations to being the first point of contact for customer enquiries, this is a diverse and rewarding role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. Duties will include: Manage the daily operations of the office, including supplies, scheduling, and workflow coordination Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and in-person with professionalism and care Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks Maintain and update customer records and documentation Assist with order processing and follow-up communications Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications Essential Criteria: Previous experience in office Management or a similar administrative role Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines High attention to detail and organisational skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Competence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Demonstrated customer service experience Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively, delegate tasks, and drive office and customer service performance.
