The Opportunity
I’m recruiting a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing and ambitious consultancy team based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced civil engineer to take a leading role in the delivery of development infrastructure and drainage projects, working across both public and private sector schemes.
You’ll operate in a multi-disciplinary environment, collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices and contributing to a varied and technically engaging project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of infrastructure and drainage design projects from feasibility through to completion.
* Provide technical support and guidance to the wider civil engineering team.
* Manage projects across the full lifecycle, including feasibility studies, detailed design, coordination and delivery.
* Oversee and manage S38, S278 and S104 adoption processes.
* Support contract management and technical approvals.
* Liaise directly with clients, local authorities and key stakeholders.
* Prepare technical reports, design documentation and supporting information.
* Maintain high technical and quality standards across all project outputs.
About You
* Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
* Strong consultancy background delivering development infrastructure and drainage schemes.
* Proven experience leading projects across highways and drainage.
* Good working knowledge of UK standards and approvals processes.
* Confident communicator with experience in client and stakeholder management.
* Able to work independently while also supporting and mentoring others.
