You'll be part of a collaborative, planning-led practice within an employee-owned group that includes in-house expertise across architecture, landscape, transport, and sustainability. The role offers a blend of creative freedom and strategic oversight, with exposure to a variety of projects and clients.
The role will involve:
* Leading and managing projects through all RIBA work stages
* Producing technical drawing packages, specifications, and construction documentation
* Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
* Preparing fee proposals, tender submissions, and project schedules
* Chairing meetings and overseeing design coordination
* Acting as contract administrator (JCT Minor Works and RIBA Domestic)
* Carrying out site inspections and ensuring design and technical quality
* Delegating and mentoring junior team members
