Principal Mechanical Engineer – To £75k + Profit Share + Bonus + Hybrid working

Due to growth, they are now looking for a Principal Mechanical Engineer for their London studio.
Someone who can lead projects and inspire technically, commercially, and culturally.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading mechanical design across a variety of commercial office fit-outs, schools, theatres, residential, hotels, and major decarbonization schemes.
* Managing major projects from early stage through to delivery on site (RIBA Stages 2–6).
* Supporting and mentoring engineers from Graduate to Senior level.
* Collaborating closely with their Electrical, PH, and Sustainability teams to deliver considered, coordinated design solutions.
* Driving innovation, everything from developing new tools to workflow improvements, with full IP ownership and support.
* Using Revit, H2X, and Bluebeam to develop and review technical content.
Who you are
* An experienced Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer, ideally with experience in consultancy.
* Ambitious, self-driven, and passionate about mentoring others.
* Strategic in your thinking, and consistent in your project delivery.
* A strong communicator who builds trust quickly.
* Eager to shape not just projects, but the company’s future.
