SEN HLTA – Enfield

Protocol Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated HLTA to join an outstanding SEN school in Enfield. This provision caters for students with various needs including: ASC, MLD, SLCN & SEMH.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Delivering small-group behaviour interventions to support students with SEMH in managing their behaviours.
5. Collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to implement individualized support plans for students to make sure their needs are met academically and socially.
6. Facilitating activities and promoting positive interactions among students with diverse needs.
7. Assisting with planning, preparation and the delivery of lessons – adapting material and resources to meet the needs of the individual.
Must haves:
8. Child workforce only DBS on the Update Service
9. Right to work in the UK
10. Experience working with SEN
11. HLTA experience/qualification

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
