We are working with a fast-growing UK research and technology company in the Greater Cambridge area who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Operations Coordinator. This newly created role will sit at the heart of the business, taking ownership of developing, managing, and optimising key commercial and operational processes as the company continues to scale. It is ideally suited to someone who thrives on building structure, driving consistency, and implementing effective ways of working in fast-moving environments. In this position, you will design and roll out new operational and commercial workflows, ensuring teams understand and follow agreed processes.
