Sales Administrator – Temporary to Permanent
Location: Papworth
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, fully onsite + 1 Sunday per month
Are you organised, confident on the phone, and great with detail? Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy, friendly team on a temporary to permanent basis.
In this varied role, you'll play a key part in keeping sales operations running smoothly from processing orders to providing excellent customer service.
What you'll be doing:
* Inputting and updating sales orders accurately on the system
* Handling inbound customer calls and processing orders efficiently
* Making outbound calls to customers to take or confirm orders
* Supporting the wider sales team with data entry and general administration
* Ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
What we're looking for:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
* A polite, professional phone manner
* Confident using computer systems and working with data
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
