* This is a rare opportunity to step into a General Manager position running a long-established and successful trade business with 25 staff, a turnover of £10m, and the investment needed to double in size over the next five years.
* You don't need to have run a full P&L before — you'll get the support and guidance to grow into the role. But you must be ready to lead, take ownership, and drive performance across sales, operations, and strategy.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Take full accountability for the day-to-day running of a well-respected trade business
2. Lead a team of 25 across sales, ops, and support
3. Develop and deliver the commercial strategy to protect margin and drive growth
