SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant
Location: London (Flex-Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Bonus
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact HR transformation programmes, helping enterprise clients modernise their talent processes and fully leverage the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
You will operate as a functional expert across SuccessFactors Talent Management, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design scalable system solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations. The role sits within a collaborative consulting environment where you will contribute to both solution design and delivery while advising clients on best practice talent strategies.
The Role
* Act as a functional consultant across SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
* Lead discovery workshops to understand client talent processes and requirements.
* Translate business needs into functional design documentation and system configuration.
* Configure and implement key SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Career Development Planning, Succession, and Learning.
* Support clients in evolving toward skills-based talent management approaches, including exposure to Talent Intelligence Hub where relevant.
* Contribute toend-to-end implementation projects, including testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimisation.
* Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.
* Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with strategic workforce and talent objectives.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of commercial experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management.
* Hands-on expertise in at least two Talent Management modules (e.g. Performance & Goals, Succession, Career Development, LMS).
* Experience supporting or delivering full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations.
* SAP SuccessFactors certification in a minimum of two modules.
* Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to translate complex business processes into scalable system solutions.
* Exposure to Talent Intelligence Hub, integrations, reporting, or data migration is advantageous.
* Experience working within consulting or project-based delivery environments.
