Overview

The EPR Admin Support role provides day-to-day administrative support for the Trusts Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme.


Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.
* Support diary and email management across the programme and ensure communications and queries escalated to the PMO team as required.
* Provide comprehensive programme and project support, including organising meetings, managing communications, maintaining documentation, and ensuring accurate reporting through data validation, reconciliation, and routine quality checks.
* Act as a first-line response for EPR queries, support benefits tracking, and maintain risk and issue logs, escalating concerns when needed.
* Contribute to financial processes such as raising requisitions and updating trackers, while supporting stakeholder communications through briefings and professional engagement.
* Promote continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and assisting with retrospectives and lessons-learned activities.


Requirements

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy support environment.


Work arrangements

Although hybrid working is available across the team, this role will be central to the EPR programme and will therefore require a minimum on-site presence of three days per week at Sherwood Forest Hospitals. During go-live or other key delivery periods, on-site requirements may increase.
