What you’ll be doing As a trusted partner to our business areas, you’ll: Partner with business leaders to identify and deliver strategic impactful learning and skills development plans aligned to business strategy Collaborate with senior leaders, subject-matter-experts, People Business Partners and Iberdrola Group colleagues to shape and embed impactful learning solutions Lead the development of critical skill frameworks and integrated learning plans Design and implement ation of learning pathways that support our transition to net zero Support the development of innovative, blended learning solutions and knowledge-sharing practices Embed learning into performance, engagement and career development practices Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation and knowledge sharing Evaluate outcomes and ensure measurable business impact. What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone who is: A proven learning and performance consultant with experience in large, complex organisations Skilled in senior stakeholder engagement and confident influencing across all levels Commercially astute, with strong project management and analytical skills Passionate about learning innovation and continuous improvement Experienced in change management with the ability to build change capability and enable change adoption Experienced in designing and delivering integrated learning strategies in complex organisations.
