One of London’s longest-standing community-led housing co ops is looking for a Office Administrator to support the smooth running of the office across, customer support, some accounts and back office duties. Process daily accounts tasks, update accounts, and support reconciliations with accuracy. Handle income including rent payments and statements. Process supplier invoices, match works orders, reconcile statements, and maintain payment records. Maintain Member and property records on Arthur; manage keys, appointments, and inductions. THE PROFILE Experience in finance administration (essential). Experience in Property, Real Estate or Housing (essential) Strong customer service skills (phone, email, face-to-face). Excellent organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail. Confident with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems (Arthur/Xero experience ideal). Calm, friendly, professional under pressure.
