Universal Security is a well-established and dynamic provider of manned security services in London and the South East. We are experiencing a period of significant growth and are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to supplement our existing team who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our portfolio of clients in the City and West End.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and developing a diverse portfolio of blue-chip business - providing best in class service.
Developing and maintaining client relationships whilst providing a professional service.
Managing a team of security personnel ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and offering support and guidance to the team.
Monitoring contract performance using appropriate SLAs and KPIs - with a proactive service delivery ethos.
Negotiating contract terms (such as annual reviews).
Personal Qualities
IT literate - ability to use a range of management software, performance measurement tools and Microsoft packages.
Able to work unsupervised and as part of the wider business team.
A natural problem solver and decision maker.
Sound people management skills.
A good working knowledge of contract and employment law.
Financially astute with the ability to understand contract costs and margins.
Flexible approach to service delivery as we operate a 24/7 business.
Other Requirements
Must hold a current and valid SIA Front Line Licence.
Have a right to work in the UK.
A demonstrable grasp of portfolio management.
Creative and innovative.
Strong presentation and influencing skills
A real passion for delivering excellent customer service.
