Role Purpose

Join a global leader in healthcare as part of the Customer Account & Supply Management team within Global Supply Chain (GSC). This role is critical in ensuring that medicines reach patients when and where they need them. Youll manage customer account validation, master data maintenance in SAP, and support compliance across Pfizers Direct-to-Pharmacy and Direct Account supply chains.

Youll act as a subject matter expert, ensuring processes align with regulatory requirements and evolving industry standards, while delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Account Setup & Data Maintenance
* Validate and update customer account records in SAP in line with SOPs.
* Resolve internal and external queries promptly, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
* Complete periodic revalidations of customer accounts.
