Job Duties:
- Create and implement tailored learning plans for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Provide support and guidance to students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student development and achievements
- Utilise various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Passion for Education
- Previous Experience Teaching
- SEN Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
- Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Patient and empathetic approach to student support
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
- Additional training in behaviour management techniques
