The Role
Kinross College is ideally seeking a dynamic and experienced educator to lead our English Learning Area. As a key member of the College leadership team, the successful applicant would provide educational leadership, drive curriculum planning, and support high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
This role involves leading a collaborative team of teachers, coordinating curriculum delivery, and using data analysis to track student progress and improve outcomes. Experience in the Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) pathway and a strong understanding of the Australian and WA English Curriculum is essential.
