Job Description
Building strong relationships with trade partners and distributors across global markets
Managing customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
Acting as a key point of contact for sales and order queries
Supporting pipeline management, processing inbound leads and maintaining accurate forecasts
Coordinating technical support enquiries with internal teams
Delivering a professional, confident and engaging customer experience at every touchpoint
Ensuring all administration and data entry is accurate and up to date

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Ideally 1–3 years’ experience in a sales, customer service, or administrative role
A confident, engaging communication style
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, “can-do” attitude!
