Location: Erdington, Birmingham Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour Type: Full-Time | Office-Based We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and commercially minded Sales & Commercial Coordinator to support day-to-day sales operations and business growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in managing CRM activity, supporting the sales pipeline, and ensuring commercial processes run efficiently. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring all customer data, activity, and opportunities are accurate and up to date Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress, follow-ups, and key actions to drive opportunities forward Produce regular reports, support forecasting, and identify inactive or missed opportunities Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other commercial documentation Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-up actions Support customer communication, account management, and business development activities Assist with tenders and internal approvals, ensuring processes are completed efficiently Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to overall organisation within the sales function About you Experience in sales support, account management, recruitment, or a similar commercial role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Proactive, professional, and commercially aware Submit your application today or get in touch with Gabriele Strazdauskaite on 0121 643 5000 or Gabriele.Strazdauskaite@pertemps.co.uk!
