You'll be joining a fast-paced, friendly finance team, supporting core aspects of our purchase ledger and management accounts functions. Day-to-day purchase ledger tasks
Cash and banking reporting, including reconciliations
Admin support for the management accounts team, such as processing company expenses
Supporting document flow and record management
We’d love to hear from candidates who are confident with numbers, organised, and comfortable working with financial documents. Solid experience in purchase ledger processes
✅ Confidence with transaction data entry and reconciliation
✅ Familiarity with banking processes and internet banking platforms
✅ Competency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
✅ It would be a bonus if you also have:
Experience handling high volumes of transactional data
Familiarity with document workflow systems (training provided)
