Surveyor - Social Housing Southeast London (Agile Working) Salary: Circa £60,000 Full-time - 35 hours per week A community-based Housing Association is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join their Property Services team and help maintain and improve their housing portfolio. The organisation manages approximately 700 homes across Southeast London and is committed to delivering high-quality homes and services for residents. This role will play a key part in property asset management, major repairs, planned maintenance programmes and damp & mould management. Key Responsibilities Conduct property inspections and detailed surveys Manage planned maintenance and major repair programmes Investigate damp, condensation and mould cases Support disrepair and void property management Maintain stock condition survey data Liaise with contractors, residents and internal teams Carry out pre, during and post inspections of works Support procurement and tendering of major works Requirements The successful candidate will: Have experience in property surveying or maintenance Have knowledge of damp, mould and condensation management Have experience managing planned works or major repairs Have experience conducting detailed property surveys Ideally have or be working toward RICS, CIOB or similar Be able to manage projects and work independently A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required
