About the Role
You will support the deliveryof insight-led marketing that drives bookings, builds brand affinity, andimproves customer experience across all digital touchpoints. You will takeownership of key channels including email, CRM, and website, and contribute tocampaigns that support commercial performance and community growth.
Key Responsibilities
Email & CRM
* Execute the email marketingcalendar to drive bookings, repeat visits, and engagement
* Build and optimise automatedlifecycle journeys from enquiry through to re-engagement
* Manage CRM segmentation toensure relevant and targeted communications
* Track and report onperformance including open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and revenuecontribution
* Use data to identifyopportunities to improve engagement, retention, and customer value
Website & DigitalPerformance
* Manage and update websitecontent via CMS, ensuring accuracy and consistency
* Improve SEO and on-sitejourneys to increase organic traffic and conversion
* Monitor performance usingGoogle Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
* Identify and act onopportunities to improve site performance and reduce drop-off
Campaign & Content Support
* Support delivery of integratedcampaigns aligned to seasonal and commercial priorities
* Collaborate on the productionof creative assets for paid, social, and onsite channels
* Ensure consistency of brand,tone of voice, and messaging across all outputs
* Support marketing forpartnerships, events, and community initiatives

* Email activity contributesmeasurable revenue growth and improved engagement
* Website performance improvesacross traffic, user journey, and conversion
* Campaigns are delivered ontime and aligned with commercial priorities
* Brand execution is consistentand high quality across all channels
About You
* Minimum 1 to 2 years ofexperience in a marketing role or relevant training
* Organised and reliable, ableto manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Can-do attitude, open minded,growth mindset
* Comfortable working with dataand using it to inform decisions
* Strong written communicationskills and attention to detail
* Confident using digital toolsincluding email systems and CMS
* Takes ownership and followsthrough on delivery
* Proactive and looks for waysto improve performance
* Interest in outdoor lifestyle,wellbeing, or purpose-led brands
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 to 2 years Marketingexperience or relevant qualification
* Experience with emailplatforms and CRM systems
* Familiarity with analytics andSEO tools is beneficial
