Role Overview
We are currently seeking experienced and qualified Nursery Nurses to join our team for flexible agency work in Newbury and the surrounding areas. This role involves providing high-quality care and early years education within a variety of nursery settings, supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive, learn through play, and reach their developmental milestones, while promoting inclusion and positive behaviour.

Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should hold a minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework is essential, along with previous experience working in a nursery or similar early years setting. You will need to be adaptable, reliable, and confident working in different environments, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. An enhanced DBS check on the update service is required, or you must be willing to obtain one. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also key to succeeding in this role.
