The Opportunity
As Assistant Centre Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for members at Cubo. You will support the Centre Manager each day to achieve the following:
The Role
· Cover the front desk during the building's set business hours.
· Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
· Ensure all visiting guests sign-in following the Compani Guest Policy and procedures.
· Answer incoming telephone calls.
· Handle any meeting room requests.
· Respond to any enquiries that have come through the reception email address.
· Learn the names of members and guests with the goal of building a strong Cubo community.
· Keep the front desk clean and organised.
· Receive, process, sort and organise all mail.
· Answer any questions from members and guests related to the building.
· Write and send broadcasts relating to building updates.
· Distribute all necessary info to promote any upcoming Cubo events.
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
· Education to degree level preferred, but not required.
· Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
· Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills.
· Passionate about detail.
· Self-motivated with a great work ethic.
· Proficiency in Office365 package, willing to learn new software and systems.
