This is a 24-hour Part-time Team Leader role - Working 3 days out of 7 each week.

Department: Retail Management

Employment Type: Permanent - Part Time

Location: Inverness Shopping Park

Workplace type: Onsite

Compensation: £25,500 / year


What We Are Looking For...

Responsibilities:

* COMMUNICATION: Set up team briefs, communicate store actions and targets, check communication channels, delegate responsibilities, champion business initiatives, communicate effectively during store visits and management absence.
* CUSTOMER FOCUS: Improve customer-focused culture, drive conversion and service KPIs, adapt approaches to meet customer needs.
* OPERATIONS: Ensure a safe working environment, comply with health and safety legislation, support stock management, and ensure promotional activities are executed properly.
* VISUAL & COMMERCIAL: Maintain store layouts, conduct store walkthroughs, analyze data for opportunities, understand store performance.
* PEOPLE: Support recruitment, develop and coach team members, handle difficult conversations, support a culture of recognition and inclusivity.
* COST & BUDGETING: Be aware of store performance and controllable costs, ensure adequate staffing levels.

* PROBLEM SOLVING: Analyze information, identify root causes, implement solutions.
