As the company experiences natural expansion, their portfolio of campaigns and partnerships grows, and we are seeking a skilled Marketing Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives. You will act as a bridge between IT and marketing, focusing on their marketing initiatives moving forward.
Role Overview
As our Marketing Project Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end management of marketing projects across digital, brand, and content channels. This role combines creativity with execution, requiring familiarity with tools like Gantt charts and brainstorming sessions.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and oversee marketing projects from concept to delivery.
* Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, digital, analytics) and external vendors/agencies.
* Define project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
* Manage resources and workflows to ensure timely campaign and asset delivery.
* Monitor project performance and report progress to stakeholders.
* Identify and resolve issues promptly to keep initiatives on track.
* Support campaign optimization through data insights and feedback.
Candidate Profile
* 3-5 years of project management experience, especially in marketing.
* Proven ability to manage complex marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong understanding of marketing processes, creative workflows, and digital production.
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
* PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is a plus.
