This role combines commercial leadership with hands-on marketing support to accelerate access to innovative therapies that address high unmet medical needs.What you’ll do:Develop and implement strategic business plans across key accounts in your regionBuild trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to drive awareness and advocacySupport patient access initiatives by navigating local and regional funding pathwaysProvide tactical marketing support, including developing branded and non-branded materials, supporting events, and shaping UK marketing plansCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful, patient-focused solutionsManage budgets, reporting, and CRM activity with precision and efficiencyWhat we’re looking for:Degree-level education (scientific background preferred)Proven experience in rare diseases and successful product launchesStrong commercial acumen with at least 5 years’ experience in pharma account management and market accessMarketing experience an advantageA curious, solution-oriented mindset with the drive to positively influence the patient journeyAdaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentFlexibility for frequent UK travel (with occasional international travel)This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of patients and their families while contributing to the growth of a forward-looking rare disease business.
