Are you experienced in health and social care and looking to take the next step into a planning and coordination role?Were looking for a Delivery Planner to join our Service Delivery Team and play a vital role in ensuring safe, consistent, and high-quality support for the people we serve.
About the Role
As a Delivery Planner, youll be the operational heartbeat of our service, managing staff rotas, allocations, and compliance once new team members are onboarded.Youll use your knowledge of the care sector to make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time, ensuring uninterrupted and person-centred support.
Youll combine your health and social care experience with planning, problem-solving, and data analysis.From managing last-minute rota changes to preparing performance reports for leadership, youll help us deliver a smooth, reliable service every day.
What Youll Do
1. Coordinate and manage care delivery, including rotas, staff allocations, and communication with families.
2. Use People Planner and other systems to oversee scheduling and compliance.
