We work on campaigns that range from high-profile launch events to consumer sampling experiences.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and capable Senior Account Executive to join our London team, based near London Bridge. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a fresh challenge and develop your career within a rewarding and professional workplace, with a lively and energetic company culture.
The role of the SAE is to assist in the day-to-day running of several key accounts, clients, and projects and for every job executed to ensure continual excellence across project planning, delivery, and evaluation.
The key responsibilities of the role
You will be responsible for a range of clients, managing or assisting on jobs from brief through to delivery. Some of the key responsibilities of a Senior Account Executive include, but are not limited to:
* Working closely with Account Managers on a wide variety of campaigns
* Client handling, creating and managing budgets, managing logistics, reporting, and evaluation
* Assisting with creative responses to briefs including research and mood boards
* Research, sourcing, and purchasing of everything from uniforms to props
* Building strong relationships with staff, clients, and suppliers
* Storage management - manage stock control, inventor,y and maintenance of all kit
* and stock.
Essential skills & experience
* 1+ years experience which includes, staffing, event management, and project management; combined with a genuine interest in promotions and live events
* Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at every level
* Fantastic organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple day-to-day tasks
* Excellent communication skills via email and phone
* Creativity
* Self-motivated and possess a high degree of trustworthiness
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
* Adaptable, able to prioritise and adjust to changing circumstances
* Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Word and Excel
* Full clean driving license, confident driving a van

Salary: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year depending on experience
