Division: Piramal Critical Care

Piramal Critical Care is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Key Account Manager
to drive the sales and growth of our critical care portfolio across the Midlands, Wales, and Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales within the hospital environment.

Your Impact

You'll be responsible for:

* Driving sales and market share growth for the Piramal Critical Care portfolio across your region.
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance KPIs as defined by the Country Manager.
* Building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the NHS, HSE Ireland, and private healthcare settings.
* Identifying new business opportunities and executing strategies to convert them into sustainable growth.
* Managing and expanding existing accounts, nurturing established products, and successfully launching new ones into hospital settings.

What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

* Degree-level qualification.
* ABPI certified (or working towards).
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Proven success in pharmaceutical sales, particularly within hospital and healthcare settings.
* Strong understanding of NHS procurement processes, especially NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP).
* Knowledge of NHS pharmaceutical tenders and contracting procedures.
* Demonstrable experience launching new pharmaceutical products into NHS hospitals.
* Commercial acumen with strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Ability to be recognised as a credible business partner by clinical and procurement stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

* Consultant Anaesthetists
* Theatre Nurses & Operating Department Practitioners
* Neonatologists & Paediatricians
* Specialist Nurses & Pharmacists
* Electronic & Biomedical Engineers
* Hospital Procurement Teams
* Wholesalers

Desirable Skills & Experience

* Comfortable working in Neonatal and Paediatric Intensive Care Units (NICU/PICU) and operating theatres.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Hospital Key Account Management.
* Commercial or clinical experience in anaesthesia, injectable pharmaceuticals, or pain management.
* Experience working with the Health Service Executive (HSE) Ireland.
* Challenger Sales certification is a plus.
