They’re looking for two passionate EYFS SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team in September: * One full-time (Mon–Fri) * One part-time (mornings only) You’ll be supporting children with additional needs in a creative, play-based environment – helping them feel safe, confident, and ready to learn. The Role Working closely with class teachers and SEND staff, you’ll help pupils access learning, build relationships, and develop emotional and social skills. Whether supporting 1:1 or with small groups, your focus will be on positive reinforcement, consistency, and connection. ✨ You don’t need to have done it all before – but you do need to bring patience, initiative, and a genuine desire to make an impact.
