The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of ASD and/or SEMH, differentiated instruction, and a creative approach to teaching English to meet a wide range of needs and abilities. One school is an independent specialist provision dedicated to delivering high-quality, inclusive education for children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and is based in Rochester. The school is large for a SEN school, with approximately 150 pupils and is set in a beautiful part of the historic town. The other is an independent small school for boys who, through no fault of their own, find themselves in the care system. The school is a nurturing and structured environment where every pupil is supported to achieve their full potential both academically and socially. The school is set in the outskirts of Swanley, with land and grounds surrounding the school and space for the pupils to relax and let off steam. The Roles 1.
