We’re looking for an experienced Dialler Manager to take ownership of our outbound and inbound campaign performance, using the Connex-One dialler platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimise campaigns using Connex-One
* Forecast call volumes and schedule effectively
* Analyse data to improve contact rates and conversions
* Build real-time dashboards and clear reporting for leadership
* Work with CRM systems (Dynamics preferred) for smooth integration
* Train teams and ensure compliance with all regulations
What You’ll Bring:
* Hands-on experience with Connex-One or similar dialler systems
* Strong analytical skills (SQL, Excel, Power BI a bonus)
* High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Clear communication and team collaboration skills
* Confident working independently and leading by example
