£27,996.80 per annum /£13.46 per hour, 40 hours per week (5 days) We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The Role As Sales & Marketing Executive, you’ll help shape the story of our hotel — growing awareness, driving revenue, and building genuine relationships that make guests and partners want to return again and again. You’ll work side-by-side with the Director of Sales & Marketing to bring campaigns to life, connect with local businesses, and deliver fresh, creative ideas across every channel — from digital campaigns to community partnerships. What You’ll Do Research competitor activity and market trends to spot new opportunities Support direct selling through telesales, research and client relationship building Drive new and repeat business across all market segments Partner with local leisure attractions and community organisations Represent the hotel at events, exhibitions, and networking sessions Manage the hotel’s online presence and social media activity Support marketing campaigns and the creation of on-brand collateral Track and report on the success of campaigns, blitzes, and focus weeks Collaborate with Valor’s central marketing team and hotel departments to deliver joined-up results What we’re looking for You might already be in a sales or marketing role, or you could be looking to break into the world of hospitality — what matters most is your energy, curiosity, and drive to make a difference.
