As Lead Practitioner, you ll be a steady presence in the lives of children and young people living in our residential service. You ll help guide a dedicated team, working together to offer care that s consistent, thoughtful and filled with compassion. No two days will look the same, but every day will matter. You ll play a key role in shaping a warm, supportive environment where young people can grow in confidence, explore who they are and feel proud of how far they ve come.
