As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Marketing Director to elevate our brand, strengthen our market presence, and lead our marketing strategy into its next chapter.
This is a unique opportunity for a visionary marketing leader to shape and execute our strategy across brand, digital, campaigns, ESG storytelling, and client engagement.
You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, defining our brand direction, and driving impactful marketing that inspires clients, attracts new business, and supports our operational teams across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead BMs marketing strategy to support growth, retention, and brand reputation.
Oversee integrated campaigns across digital, content, PR, social media, events, and partnerships.
Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Partner closely with Sales, Culinary and Operations teams to support bids, tenders, and client retention.
Drive ESG and sustainability communications, leveraging BMs industry-leading commitments.
Lead strategic projects such as rebrands, service innovation, product launches, and thought-leadership.
Manage and develop a talented marketing team.
Own the marketing budget and ensure strong ROI across all initiatives.
Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners.
