Senior Product Manager PAD, Europe
Join BD to lead strategic and tactical marketing initiatives for the PAD portfolio across Europe.
Responsibilities
* Own revenue and unit targets for the PAD portfolio across Europe.
* Develop and implement country‑specific strategies to position BD PAD as the partner of choice.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Market Development, Regulatory) to ensure aligned initiatives.
* Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders and identify new clinical partners.
* Support physician engagement programs, workshops and Centers of Excellence.
* Design and implement marketing campaigns, advisory boards and congress activities.
* Provide tools, content and strategic direction to local teams.
* Ensure launch readiness for new products and coordinate execution.
* Analyze market data, trends, competitive intelligence to identify opportunities.
* Continuously improve marketing programs to maximize impact and ROI.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in product or marketing management within the healthcare or MedTech industry.
* Demonstrated success in multi‑country product launches and portfolio management.
* Familiarity with European healthcare systems and decision‑making processes.
* Experience working with KOLs, clinical education teams and commercial organisations.
* Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven ability to turn business goals into actionable marketing strategies with measurable outcomes.
* Experience in both upstream and downstream marketing, ideally within medical devices or healthcare technology.
* Strong analytical mindset and passion for data‑driven decisions.
* Collaborative leadership style, able to influence across a matrix organisation.
* Customer‑centric approach with deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics.
* Growth mindset and curiosity to explore new approaches and continuously improve.
* Willingness to travel up to 50% across the region.
Salary
£57,400.00 – £87,550.00 GBP Annual
