We’re looking for
a junior MI Analyst to support our warehouse operation with data, reporting and dashboards. This is an entry-level role suited to someone analytical who enjoys working with data, keeping it organised, and presenting it in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
You’ll be extracting data from various systems, maintaining reports, and helping turn numbers into something the operation can actually use. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data and wants to build experience in MI and operational analytics. You’ll get hands-on exposure to real warehouse performance data and the chance to develop your reporting and visualisation skills in a fast-paced environment. You will also support with transport administration tasks and work closely within the transport office to ensure accurate data, reporting and day-to-day operational coordination.
What you’ll be doing
1. Extracting and managing data from warehouse / operational systems
2. Producing regular MI reports and simple dashboards
3. Cleaning and validating data to ensure accuracy
4. Presenting information in a clear, visual and user-friendly format
5. Supporting the warehouse team with ad-hoc data requests
6. Highlighting trends, issues and opportunities through basic analysis
7. Helping improve and streamline existing reporting processes
What we’re looking for
8. Naturally analytical with strong attention to detail
9. Comfortable working with data and large spreadsheets
10. Good Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
11. Able to turn raw data into clear, presentable outputs
12. Organised, methodical and willing to learn
13. Good communication skills – able to explain data in simple terms
Nice to have (not essential)
14. Exposure to Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
15. Basic SQL knowledge
16. Any experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment
